Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers has an annual Director’s Club Award program, recognizing one employee, who most exemplifies the company’s Core Values. The program was created to provide a visible and powerful way to communicate and reinforce the Core Values at Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers. It encourages, recognizes and rewards the most exemplary overall workplace attitude, and promotes a positive and productive corporate spirit, in keeping with the Core Values.
In 2002, the Patrick J. Cassidy Founders’ Tribute was instituted to honor and preserve the memory and spirit of Patrick J. Cassidy, co-founder of the firm who succumbed to brain cancer in 2001. Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers recognizes an individual each year who demonstrates those qualities so closely associated with Pat--his unwavering commitment and integrity in client relationships, and his loyalty and fairness in dealing with them; his enthusiasm and resolve in the pursuit of excellence in serving them; his mentoring of young people; his creativity in all that he did; and his sense of humor, always.
